This policy concerns your visit to snelli.de and nothing else. The Snelli software processes session content locally on the practice computer; none of it is transmitted to us or to the web hoster.

- Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted with Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Zypern) on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland (EU). When a page is requested, the server processes the IP address, the time of access, the resource requested and the browser type.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of the website. The logs are deleted by our hoster after its own retention period; we do not analyse them and do not combine them with other data.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hoster.
- Getting in touch
The forms on this website open your own e-mail program; your details reach us as an e-mail to info@snelli.de and are used solely to deal with your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the messages once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
- Appointment booking
On the "Pilot practices" and "Contact and support" pages we link to an appointment booking at Calendly. The service is not embedded in this website: as long as you do not click the link, no data is transmitted to it. Only on Calendly's own page do you enter your name, e-mail address and preferred time; those details reach us through the service and are used solely to arrange and hold the call.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Calendly processes the data on our behalf, including in the USA. We rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for that transfer. We delete the booking details once the call is concluded and no statutory retention periods apply.
- Your rights
- You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Please write to the address given above to exercise them.
- Right to object
- You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Right to complain
- You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular the authority for your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
