- Record or upload an audio file, have it transcribed locally, and get a draft following your template. Failed runs are repeated with one click. Every edit is versioned.

- Combine several sessions into one report, attach your own documents, choose a template, get a draft. Export as PDF or Word.
- Templates
- Templates for notes and reports are ready to use. You can create your own and tailor them to your approach and to the people who receive your reports.
- Your approach
- Behavioural, psychodynamic, analytic or systemic: you set your focus once, and from then on Snelli writes in your language.
- Export
- PDF and Word. Your documents belong to you and sit in formats you can go on using without Snelli.

- Patient administration
- Keep records under pseudonyms, maintain base data and your own notes, assign tasks. Closed cases are archived rather than deleted, so your retention obligations stay met. Fields containing personal data are encrypted automatically.
- Tasks
- A simple task overview in three columns, assigned per patient. For the things that stay open after a session.
- Appointments
- You enter your locations, your hours per weekday, the usual durations and your buffers once. Snelli then proposes appointments so that days already in use are left with as few gaps as possible.
- Versions
- Every version of a note and of a report is kept and can be restored. You can show at any time how a text came about.
Snelli focuses purely on documentation, leaving billing and administration to your existing software.
There is no interface to practice management systems and no GDT export. You export notes and reports individually as PDF or Word documents and file them wherever the rest of your documentation lives.
